2 Tons Caster Testing Machine (2 Station)

According to the European standard EN12527 and national standards GB/T-14688 and GB/T-14687, the tested casters are designed to be loaded by stacking weights. A rotating large disk drives the tested casters to perform circular motion, which can be used for dynamic test, long-distance walking test, and static load test.

Function Description:

1. Dynamic experiment: The turntable can be set to rotate forward or reverse, can set rotate forward or reverse stay time , with a maximum of ten continuous changing processes and a maximum of 9999 cycles.

2. Long distance walking experiment: The running time and mileage can be set, and the machine will stop after reaching the set time and mileage.

3. Explosion proof test for casters: Two casters are detected by two photoelectric switches for breakage and damage, and a shutdown is triggered when they are damaged.

4. Wheel temperature detection: The temperature of the two casters is detected by two laser temperature sensors, which can be set to trigger shutdown.

5. Temperature curve analysis: Draw a temperature curve, visually analyze the trend of temperature changes, record mileage, time, temperature, and speed, and the test data could generate reports.
