A The CE test is upon customers' request, some machines we've got the CE certification already.

A Our machine is with Chinese & English language. You could switch the language in the operation screen.

A Usually, the machines will be packed by plywood case. Only very small machines will be packed by cartons.

Q Do I need to install the machine after receiving it?
A Usually, you don't need to install the machine as we ship out the whole machine, unless the machine is too big to load into a container, we will disassemble it before shipment.

Q Is there any after sales support or training to help us learn how to use the machine?
A We will provide video or instructions to help you lean how to operate the machines. And we could help you to fix problems online when needed.
