This testing machine is used for measuring the accuracy of the roundness of the outer edge of basketball, football, volleyball, and handball used in sports.
Principle: Use a ball roundness measuring and testing machine to perform three-dimensional inspection on the ball. Multi point sampling: 32 points for 8 piece balls, 40 points for 18 piece balls, and 30 points for 32 piece balls. The sampled data is processed by PLC to calculate the average circumference and maximum radius difference of the ball, and the roundness is represented by the maximum radius difference of the sample.
