Test principle: According to ISO4210-6.4.1 this test specification is for all types of frame, comply with GB3565 and GB17761 standards.
Test range: This machine is used to simulate the impact of the frame and the front fork to a certain extent when the front wheel leaves the ground, is hit or suffers from vibration, and to evaluate the impact resistance ability of the frame and front fork.
Test method:
1. Install the frame/front fork assembly on the rear axle of the equipment.
2. Install a roller made according to the standard on the front fork, with weight less than or equal to 1Kg.
3. Adjust the weight of impact hammer to 22.5Kg
4. Set the impact height from 180mm-300mm and impact times on the touch screen.
5. Equipped with a steel ruler to indicate the height before and after impact and to measure the deformation (test times repeated twice)
6. Check the assembly for cracks and deformation after the test, , and judge whether it is qualified or not according to the standard.
