Application Scope：
This agreement specifies the main functions, parameter, technical requirements and acceptance standards of the crank pedal test bench.
Main function：
The crank pedal test bench is a testing bench that simulates pedal on the crank based on the characteristics of the centre motor, applies force to the pedal shaft installed on the central motor shaft, and tests the mechanical strength of the central motor shaft.It meet the requirements of EN15194, EN14764, EN14766 and other related regulations for mechanical strength testing of crank shaft components.

2. Adjustable range of push and pull force: manually adjusted according to the mechanical position of the crank:
X-axis direction: 400mm
Y-axis direction (pedal axis): 100mm
Z-axis direction (height): 400mm
3. Loading mode: crank double sided or single sided loading.
4. Angle range between crank and horizontal: 0-360 ° (manually adjusted).
5. Number of cycles: applying torque to two cranks in turn, with adjustable apply force and time. Record one cycle and load the curve.
